In short: No account. No tracking. No ads. The developer (MissMrCrazy) does not collect or store your terminal content, commands, voice, or API keys.

1. What we do not collect

The app has no sign-up or login and does not send or store personal data on the developer's servers. No analytics SDKs, no ad SDKs, no tracking identifiers.

2. Stored only on your device

AI API keys (OpenAI, Ollama, etc.) and AI settings — stored only in this device's local storage.
Server pairing info and preferences — stored only on this device.

3. Sent externally only at your direction

AI command generation (voice): the request you spoke is sent to the AI provider you configured, using your own key.
AI console analysis ("AI"): when you tap it, the current console text is sent to your configured AI provider for analysis. Nothing is sent unless you tap it.
Terminal I/O: flows only to your desktop HiTerminal / your own servers over encrypted P2P. It never passes through the developer's servers.

Once data reaches your AI provider, its handling is governed by that provider's privacy policy (OpenAI, Ollama, etc.).

4. Permissions

Microphone & Speech Recognition — for voice command input; speech is converted to text by the device/OS recognizer.
Camera — only to scan the pairing QR code with your desktop.
Local Network — to talk to HiTerminal desktop on the same Wi-Fi.

5. Connection & signaling infrastructure

To establish off-network (P2P) connections, signaling and relay (TURN) servers help set up the link. Data exchanged is end-to-end encrypted (DTLS), so relay servers cannot see its contents.

6. Children

This app is a tool for developers and IT users and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes, we update the date on this page.
